At Worple we have a very distinct vision, and set of values that underpin the passion that we share as a school community, to ensure that our children grow up ‘ready for life in the future’. We are committed to ensuring that individuals within our community, children and adults care for one another, feel safe and that this sense of community pervades all that we do in and outside of the classroom. Personal development at Worple covers the factors designated by Ofsted to contribute to pupils' overall personal development. These include: The British Values (Democracy, Liberty, the rule of law &tolerance,) SMSC, Spiritual, Moral, Social &Cultural), character education, healthy lifestyles and how to be safe.
