Pupil Premium
In 2011-12, the Government launched its Pupil Premium funding programme...
...the amount of Pupil Premium funding received by schools is determined by the number of pupils attending the school who are eligible for Free School Meals. From 2012-13, this was expanded to include the number of children who have been eligible for Free School Meals within the last six years.
Pupil Premium funding is used by Worple Primary School in a number of ways in order to help improve pupil progress and attainment and to help overcome any identified barriers to learning.
If your child does not have Free School Meals, but may be eligible because of your family's income level (see London Borough of Hounslow website for eligibility criteria), please contact the Headteacher in the strictest confidence. Even if you choose not to make use of the Free School Meals, the school can still claim Pupil Premium funding that may be used to help your child.
Please read the information below which gives details of our Pupil Premium Grant and how we plan to allocate the funding.
